"Buying a Bosch Fridge Freezer …"
Paul and Ben did a fantastic job setting up my fridge freezer, even switching the doors around—nothing was too much hassle for them. Before I made the purchase, the folks at Postles were super helpful in making sure the fridge freezer fit perfectly in the cabinets I had.
After the installation, their support was top-notch, especially when the alarm started going off.
For future buyers, it’d be great if they could get a heads-up on where to find info for registering the equipment with the manufacturer to secure the warranty.

"Postals saves the day!"
What a mess - my ancient washing machine kicked the bucket on Tuesday. But, a swift visit to Postals in Aylsham and, thanks to some top-notch advice, I had a new one brought to my door by Thursday. Truly an amazing local service. Cheers! Mrs H.

"I Goofed Up My Order, But It Was Handled Well"
I messed up my order... Since they’re a local business with a nearby warehouse, the delivery folks spotted the error, got in touch with the warehouse, and sorted it out. Way better service than those big national companies. Big shoutout to the delivery team for catching it before they set things up.

"Five Stars All the Way!"
Awesome service with a friendly vibe and lightning-fast delivery! Our fridge freezer decided to quit on us in the morning, and by evening, we had a replacement ready to go. I was stuck at work all day, but J B Postle were cool with waiting until I got back to drop it off - just fantastic service! 👍🏽

"My initial order from Postals, but my dad..."
This was my initial order from Postals, but my dad's been a loyal customer for a while. I’m really pleased with the service I got. I placed my order on a Thursday, and it showed up by Friday, plus it was free shipping! The tumble dryer is fantastic, and I was really impressed with the delivery crew and the lady who rang to set up my time slot. Thanks a ton! I’ll definitely be coming back for more.

"Disappointing Local Experience"
We've always made an effort to purchase our appliances from local shops. So, when it came time to find a new vacuum cleaner, we headed over to Postle's in Sheringham. We were looking for a Bosch model, which only they carry. Initially, they didn’t have any in stock but assured us they could have one ready by the next day, which was promising. However, when we asked if we could test it on their carpet, the response was a flat NO. Honestly, if you’re not sure about what you want, just hit up Argos. If it doesn’t work out, you can easily return it.
